I put a deposit down for a car which clearly needed two new tyres, which they agreed to. They also agreed to a new MOT.. I went to college t it and two tyres had not been replaced, were illegal, and yet a new MOT. They have refused to give me my deposit back.

Sorry if you feel let down by your experience at our dealership. We have investigated your claim for Ac not working was paid and agreed by your self. Staff are working under a lot of pressure and do there best to satisfy customers. Once again sorry you have had bad experience

Wow - really pleased I Googled up these reviews. The reviews on autotrader seem to give it a really high score but something about the statements didn't quite feel right (seemed to be written by the same people and had 18 year olds talking about buying Audi A3s as their first car (possible I know but probably unlikely). These reviews give a very different picture and I shall not be buying from here. Thanks to those who have taken the time to tell of their experiences.

Just a quick question, what was the car you purchased from them? as I had a similar experience when they assured me the air con would be fixed before purchase and they did nothing
Save yourself time and energy. This garage and it’s employees will sweet talk you into buying and then rip you off. They are liars and sold me car that was not road worthy when it was delivered to me. I raised a concerns and they stopped answering my calls and emails. Eventually I wrote a formal complaint and threatened legal action if they did not replace my exhaust, fix damage on the rear wheel trim and replace a door handle they broke after I had paid the full amount. I asked for a refund and they ignored my text messages. Alex is a con man stay well away from him and as for Ali Redha the director he also did not respond to my complaint. If I could rate them Zero that’s what I would give them AWFUL GARAGE.

I bought a red Mini Cooper S on September 29th (LD57HTV) from Bisley Motors,paid the entire amount on spot. It wasn't taxed, so I couldn't test drive it. Asked for the seller to renew the MOT on the car, as stated in the advertising. It failed MOT on 7/Oct, and was passed on 10/Oct, with blue smoke coming out of the exhaust and oil leak. After almost two weeks under a terrible communication, that no one answered my calls or reply messages, I finally got the car delivered at 10 pm, 10/Oct. As soon as I drove it, I could notice an extremely amount of blue smoke surrounding the car, which makes it impossible to drive with the windows open. On 15 miles driving, the engine MIL came on. I am trying to return the car for a week and get a refund, without any response, and being ignored. When I went to the garage, trying to return the vehicle, the manager refused to refund me and threatened to call the police saying I was transpassing private property.

purchased an Audi TT. The car was immaculate. The service and finance service was top notch. was give 6 months warranty for a small fee. Love the car. now had it for 5 months and silk smooth drive. They put the extra mile to accommodate me by picking me from the station and filling petrol for the new car. Would go back to buy another car for my wife soon
