The car was great value and i was very pleased with it however i did think there were a couple of issues with the process i felt it took to long, and the car was cleaned on the inside but not on the outside. However i would still recommend to friends and family.

Black horse were great, they helped immensley customer service great knowledge of the car great , attention to detail great my only fault came was when i was changing over my private plate on my old car to my new one, it was not as straightforward as i thought it would be and it took ages to sort out , even though i purchased the car i had to wait several weeks before i could actually have the vechile , i believe black horse could have given me a coutesy car whilst the number plates were being transferred ..

Actually i think the service was very good and very patient with me. I like the way handled my case when I was buying my BMW. They help me with all the paper work and handle me very good in all of this. I have already recommend to my friends to buy from Black Horse

Their was no hassle when I got my car from Black Horse Car Sales. It was a simple and straight forward purchase of my Toyota Prius, the car did have one problem that they sorted for me. Recommended this Black Horse to any car buyers out their looking for a new car

Both my family and friends have bought a few cars from Black Horse Car Sales over the years. I suppose you get differing levels of service at different times depending on when you go and the car you buy. Last month i purchased a car from them and it went ok, you know what your getting
The main thing I would think when looking for a car is value for money, whilst this was value for money but even better is that i told the man about what i was after and he helped me find the best solution, he went through everything with me, not pushing to buy just helpful.
