After paying £3000 for a ford cmax I would highly recommend avoiding this company. My car has been in for repairs as it cuts out while being driven, the garage they use seem unable to say what work has been done. Whenever I ring the 2 lads I bought it from they refuse to deal with me. I had too use a different garage which cost me £70 They refused to give me this and started to shout down the phone towards me. At this point I hung up due to lack of respect and not going to argue. He rang me back to shout on some more telling me not to hang up. When I told him to stop shouting and he wouldn't he hung up on me. Avoid this garage at all costs customer service levels are a joke.

Would recommend any day. A good range of vehicles on hand. Absolutely tops service here. I had no faults or complains at any point. Right from the start they were very accommodating and extremely patient with much delayed finance. All the time answering plenty of questions. They facilitated a full independent vehicle inspection beforehand as i was a few hundred miles away. Also were very patient at the point of sale with delays. No quibbles. 1 to 1 service in a very friendly way. The Pickup was perfect, spot on, and really loving it. Fully valeted and fueled, clean and tidy. Beautiful vehicle, clean sale, a perfect buy. Couldn't recommend James and his team at Blaydon Part Exchange Centre more!

I spotted a 2006 model Audi A3 here and took this for a test drive. first thing found was brake pedal went to the floor before it stopped. something i wasnt informed of before driving. regardless of this i really liked the car and decided to pay £200 deposit after they agreed to have repaired and be mot'd. (very naive of me). i went to collect and road test again before buying and still the brake pedal was to the floor before it stopped so obviously there was still an issue. after informing them of this i was told quite aggressively by Mark that the brakes felt fine to him and was just a bit of travel and it would not have passed an mot if there was an issue with the brakes (despite pedal to floor after mot which just happens to be done next door to them). I was refused my deposit back saying i had no grounds to reject because the brakes felt ok. very vague, argumentative and defensive when questioned about repairs to cars which gives impression of hiding something. would not recommend Blaydon part exchange centre.

I don't believe that one bit. I think it honestly looks like you have been a bit touchy and now you have grudge which you have loosed on every review website you can. This is a great garage. Personally bought a 20k+ vehicle from them this week. Could write up James and his Team more. The way the work with the garage next door is great too. Ideal vehicle, perfect condition, valeted and cleaned. sparkling and really good impression. No problems with it whatsoever. they showed endless patience over the long proceedings and were extremely helpful in facilitating me collecting it to drive back up to Glasgow. A great garage and great service.

Blaydon Part Exchange were spot on not just during the sale but afterwards as well, I noticed the brakes started making a noise and they didn't mess around, they fit the car with all new brakes totally free no questions asked.
