Do not buy from this “dealer” had issues with my car. Said he would reimburse for work I had to do to fix the car even though had warranty. The first attempt to fix, failed!! Bournebrook Motors do not answer phone and still has not reimbursed me the money! Another issue with my car he said he would sort out and again hasn’t returned my voicemail, calls or email. He is quite happy to take the money but doesn’t honour the warranty as promised. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!!
Bournebrook Motors is the worst place i have ever bought a car. The car I bought only lasted 10 months, my mechanic recommend I trade it in so I did, Best thing i ever did. This is a lock up not a proper garage. Customer service is non existent and you will end up with a car that is rubbish. Do not buy a car from here period.
Scrapping my car 18 months after buying it. Cost me £1500 to buy. Cost me another £1500 with endless repairs. Engine warning light came on immediately after receiving it. Spoke to Rich at Bournebrook Motors who told me to take it to a garage and he would sort it. Got there and the garage guy didn't know I was coming and looked confused when I mentioned Rich. Concerned, I decided not to leave my car there. I had an uncomfortable and bad feeling about Bournebrook motors when I originally got there, enough to prompt me to google them, but unfortunately not before I'd bought the car. Have a look for yourself online. So far to date, the repairs have been, replacement of both rear lights, the left side one still not working. Engine warning light is consistently on. Had to replace brake pads, the exhaust fell pipe fell off. When I did ask for Rich to sort the engine warning light he just suggested turning the warning light off. The car is not going to pass its MOT and I'm not spending any more money in repairing it. I can't even sell it on. It is now being scrapped. Buy from this trader at your own risk.
I brought my Renault modus from this chap ,had a few worries that he immediately sorted , it's a shame not everyone feels they didn't get the same good experience i did . I recommend Bournebrook Motors.
Purchased a car from owner/salesman Richard Keene. Rejected car a few weeks later. Extremely bad experience with this motor dealer. 1-month warranty not upheld and appointments never kept except when it suited him. Extremely poor aftercare. I recommend this motor dealer to apply for a different job and for the public to steer clear of this dealer. My advice, go elsewhere.
Car from Bournebrook Motors was ok, could of done with a clean inside. No warranty upheld even thou they gave me 2 months. Various issues with car amounting to £400, contacted them, no reply. No after care service, buy private and save some money!!!!
I bought a Vauxhall Zafira from Bournebrook Motors in January. I have had a few issues with it which the dealer was reluctant to help with so in the end I had to get it sorted myself. The car was in good condition when I received it and a good price, I would recommend this dealership if the aftercare was a bit better.
I purchased a vehicle from here a few months ago and rejected it not long after. The car had numerous faults and despite the fact the issues were covered under warranty, they kept messing me about and never completed the repairs. I would not recommend this dealership.
Very happy with my Nissan Note from Bournebrook Motors. I purchased it in June and up to now I have had no issues at all. The car could have been cleaner and in slightly better condition but it was good. The price of the car was very good and I am happy with service I received. I would recommend this dealership.
Absolutely awful experience with this company. After initial contact I decided to buy a car from Bournebrook for the full asking price of £2295. I phoned and left a voicemail message informing Richard (Owner / Salesman) of my offer. I also emailed him with the offer. No response. I then called him 5 or 6 times the following day, each time the phone ringing ing out to voicemail - again, he didn't call me back. I then called him the following day and he actually answered. Said he didn't get my message, email or received any missed calls - lies. He then said he would call me back in 15 minutes as he was driving. Surprise surprise, I never heard from him again. My advice to anyone thinking about buying a car from this company - DON't!!!! Go elsewhere........be warned.

After checking dates I would of thought anyone with an ounce of itelligence would recognise a foreign dialling tone .I was away on holiday .which I assume the reviewer goes on at least once a year ..comments should be made on actual purchases and experiences.
If you live in Warwickshire then you may want to pay Bournebrook Motors in Rugby a visit. They have a whole host of used cars in their showroom, further to this their forecourt is floodlight so even when the evening draws in you can still view the Saab, Peugeot and Toyota cars that they have for sale.
