After i had reserved a car, paid £100 deposit i looked at photos of vehicle and spotted small scrapes on the front bumper, which were not mentioned in the sale listing, i decided to cancel as i was there were other unspecified damages that may be revealed. They decided to keep my deposit, there was a admin charge they had not listed until you go through process of reserving, Dont trust them is my opinion !

After reading reviews I was disappointed with information. On arrival the young lad couldn't have been more helpful and polite . I asked about a scratch on drivers door that was very evident and down to metal but was told this wouldn't be repaired unless it could be polished out which was unlikely. I was then passed to another gentleman who looked at my car. I then asked him about tyres as they were different brands and tread on the rear was told this wasn't a problem and the only reason tyre companies tell you to put the same is too make money. I certainly wouldn't be happy driving a car with mixed tyres. Shame really as I liked the car and would have possibly purchased it.
I FIRST GOT A MERCEDES C CLASS COUPE, WHICH WAS A BEAUT OF A CAR, WHEN WE WERE AT COLLECTION STAGE, MENTIONED HOW MUCH I LOVE AUDI TT'S, AND LITTLE DID I KNOW MONTHS LATER, BOOOOOOM, THEY HAD MANAGED TO GET MY DREAM CAR IN PERFECT CONDITION, QUICK TURN AROUND AND GREAT FRIENDLY SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF DO NOT WANT PUSHY SALES PEOPLE LIKE MOST PLACES AND HONEST ABOUT THERE VEHICLES.
I purchased a Citroen from this garage via car finance 247. On the first day, I discovered that the car was damp with some water damage. I advised the salesman about this and was told he would get this fixed. It had something to do with the rubbers. I took this for a test drive and overall it was fine and set about buying this car via car finance 247. I only had the car a week before the problems started. The Engine Management Light came on (EML) and I called the garage to see what they could do. When I took it back the garage had the car for a weekend and I collected my car on Monday. Within a week the EML came back on and again telephone and took the car back for a diagnostic test. This was another weekend without the car. A third time this happened and the same and a 4th time and this time they kept the car for 10 days. It was a faulty turbo and we had to replace this. I have had all these problems within the first 2 months of buying this car. I have had an independent inspection to show that after the turbo repair, this had failed again and I had to take the car back to the garage for a 6th time. I have all the receipts and diagnostics to prove this just in case the owner replies and says this is not a true statement. I have now had the car for a little over 3 months and it still is not right but I’m fed up with taking my car to this garage only to have more problems. I have paid out for a proper mechanic to fix the turbo and other problems that have cost me just short of £1000. In my opinion, I would state to customers not to buy a used car from this garage as the quality of customer care is non-excitant after they have your money.
