I bought an Alfa Romeo from Car Select Birmingham and within 2 weeks I had realised that the gear box was shot, the speakers had blown, the tyre was punctured and the car was generally not got for my needs. To their credit, car select repaired the puncture but said that the rough gear change was a feature of the Alfa Romeo!!! They also said the speaker was fine. They said that if I was not happy, I could part exchange, bearing in mind that I'd had the car for two weeks, they depreciated the value of a 9k car by 2K! Disgraceful conduct. Since then, the start/stop has ceased to work and the car chugs for 3 seconds each time I start it. It's still only 3 months old.
I got a great deal on the car, very happy with the price I paid. The service was attentive from beginning to end, very down to earth and friendly. I was left to my own devices when test driving it, I would happily go back again it was a pleasure doing business with them this time around.

Car Select looked after me well, I got a 12 month warranty included in the price, the car had a flat tyre when I picked it up and they replaced it with a brand new one with no fuss, the car was nicely valeted as well. No problems at all.
