Well we’re do I start. I bought this car Vauxhall Insignia on good faith as I hadn’t seen it. When it arrived it wasn’t valeted very well, quite dirty to be honest, look like it had been sat in a barn for the last six months. Then we had a problem with the gear stick, wouldn’t go into gear, they came down and took it away, only to be told it was low on brake& clutch fluid. Then we had a problem when I washed the car & re valeted it, noticed the headlamps were damp & moist were the seals on the headlamp were split. Hassam then told me he would arrange to have the headlamps taken out and replaced. He did this however he showed me pics of the headlamps fitted and I was pleased, but on return of my car and when I washed it again I noticed that the headlamps were cracked both left & right headlamps. I rang up really mad as this is not what I expected after having such a lengthy conversation about all this. I asked him what he was going to do about this and he said, they were fine when the car left, so I got angry when he tried to say I had damaged them whilst I was cleaning the car, as I only used a shammy on the car. The cheap of this was they didn’t pay me for the fuel they used to take my car back & bring back to my home in Blackburn. Check the car before you bye it. One very unhappy customer. Mr Norris

Wouldnt answer phone calls and was told the car comes with warranty but had problems with car and was told to pay
