Not long after buying my Golf from Cars Of Didsbury I had an engine management light come on and I broke down on the motorway but as soon as I got the car back to the dealer, he got it fixed really quickly and it's been fine since. It was very nice and clean when I received it and up to now I have had no issues with it at all.

My fiat I bought from Cars of Didsbury was as described. Thankfully (travelled over 200 miles). Price negotiated before I arrived, couldn't get a further discount as I couldn't fault it. Very happy to say. Car doing its job so far.
I purchased an Audi A3 from here back in August. The car was very clean and in great condition. I had one small electrical issue with the car but the dealers were happy to sorted it even though I couldn't get the car back to them until a few days after the warranty ran out. They have been brilliant and I would absolutely recommend them.

I purchased a Honda Civic back in July. The car has had a couple of faults which I have just got sorted myself as I would have only ended up spending the same about of money on petrol to get it back to the dealership, and also there wasn't much communication from the dealers when I went to collect the car and it hadn't even been cleaned on the inside. very average experience.

The staff are very polite helpful and and i found the garage easy with directions from tom.The after care was brilliant and i have already told friends and family about this dealership i would rate it 10 out of 10 and will be returning when buying next car .
I purchased a BMW from this dealership In May and The service wasn't great, The car had not been serviced and lacked some features that mentioned in the add. The car runs fine but I wouldn't recommend this dealership based on customer service.

I bought a Vauxhall Astra from Cars of Didsbury a few months ago and had to reject the car. It started to developed faults pretty quickly and and had to go in for a repair. Unfortunately the repair did not fix the fault so I had to take it back again. I gave them two weeks to do the repairs but once it went past that I said I no longer wanted the car. It took two attempts for them to accept the car back, The first time they claimed that there was nothing wrong with it but when I came back later that day to inform them that the problems were still occurring they finally took it back. Based on my experience with this dealership I would not recommend them. Tom was pretty helpful but I feel that his father was very reluctant to accept that there was an issue.
