Well brought car from this place after 1 week car broke down, contacted seller not really interested, trading standards said we have a right for money back as we complained in first 30 days of purchase, comsumer rights act 2015. He wont give us our money back so taking to court. Paid £4,395 for a car that apparently was sold by previous owner for SCRAP for £500. So please Avoid this place as dreadful

Be aware, read the reviews and heed them. The guys there sell shockingly bad cars cleaned up to look good.

I got a car last year nothing but problems they was called quality used cars they filled the rear bushes with silicone the exhaust was crap and rusty !! When you try contact Carz 4 U Peterborough they disappeared

Been to Carz 4U Peterborough today to look at a car, 2 guys on site. Very helpful. Getting mot on my new purchase and pick it up next week. Happy to do a test drive.

Traded my car into Carz 4U Peterborough which was perfectly working order just wanting a diesel and £300 his way to then find out by my local garage that the clutch and flywheel is slipping. Tried speaking to him about this and he won’t pay for the repair work to be done and now won’t answer my messages, all I can say is I have learnt from my mistakes do not buy any car off him as I am not the only person he has done this too, going through with trading standards I will not be treated like this I know our rights. I certainly don’t recommend buying off him, find a different dealer and make sure you reed the feedback and reviews.

Carz 4 U in Peterborough sold us a car that broke within a week. Called them up and was told they were on holiday for two weeks, so we would have to wait till they returned. I called and arranged a meet for when they returned, then didn't turn up, when we arrived to the garage to get it sorted, called all day the day after and no one picked up, then received a call from the owner who had apparently been there the whole time, so we had a broken car for two weeks for nothing, we had bought the car with a warranty that they didn't send off so had to pay out to get the car running, then they wouldn't refund us anything for the car or what we spent, was told they would sort out the car, turns out the injectors had gone, the manifold was broke, the turbo had gone and a pipe was torn which was why the air conditioning was broken. We had asked for a refund as we had lost confidence in the car, it had broken down 3 times in the first two weeks of having it, twice of which we had all 3 children in the car, one of them times it had nearly caused an accident, but they flat out refused to refund the money, the owner was arrogant and rude, told us the car was sold as seen (the car was not sold as seen) we had made perfectly clear the car was needed to transport our family and for a daily commute to work of about 90 miles a day, it was a horrible experience dealing with Carz 4 U Peterborough they were hostile, and aggressive, and then accused us of having had all of the above parts that had broken changed and replaced as apparently they were not the parts sold with the car. We were in disbelief at this. We purchase a car, buy a warranty, then there is so many faults with the car from the moment we purchase it, no warranty that we can call on and then accused that we are at fault. And all within 2 weeks. It is now a month since we purchased this car and have only just got it back, been told by the owner that he does not want to hear from us again ever because he has had to pay out to get the car fixed, and its still not up to scratch which means we have to sort it. DO NOT BUY from this garage, they may be registered but they do not help when things go wrong.
