This is my first time getting a car through Carzoopa Southampton. I spoke firstly with Nick and secondly with Liam. They were both very thorough and worked hard to find a car well suited to me. I received my new car today after taking it for a test drive and I’m very happy with the experience from start to finish. Service was prompt and efficient. I’d happily use this company again.

Been using carzoopa since 2017 and on my 3rd vehicle, always polite and helpful. Picked my car up last saturday. I was asked to leave a review as some of the ones on this site seem very exaggerated! I have had an issue with a car from them before, however they dealt with it immediatly

Read some reviews and was a little unsure whether to use or not but they had the car i wanted, so i called them, I can honestly say it was a pleasure to deal with them all in carzoopar southampton.

Purchased, small issue with an engine management night, Carzoopa sorted the issue quickly! i guess it hard to remember they don't make the cars, just sell them. Aftersales 10/10 would use again.

I would recommend Alex he had alot of time for me and kept un contact daily.

Partner got a car from here around 8 weeks ago. We drove from Devon to collect the car and swapped our lovely Car in exchange. Once we had got there with 4 children under 6, the car claimed to have been cleaned in and out- it wasn’t. Their was old food in the consol part, their was dirt and fluff everywhere and crumbs in between the seats. Aside from this, shortly after driving back we realised the car wasn’t driving as well as it should, but believed it was due to it needed a good run. After my partner came to collect me one day, he broke down. The car had completely stopped on him with 2 children in the car stuck in the middle of no where! After contacting AA they had explained it was the head gasket, and this had looked like a issue that’s been their first sometime. Part of the bonnet was superglued on from previously being at the garage too. We had to pay a substantial amount of money ti get the car towed back to our home address, again with 2 small children, in the middle of no where. After we got it back, we had contacted the the garage many times about our situation and explained we wasn’t happy at all and wanted something doing, because it was still within its warranty, after many failed attempts of them calling us back when we was told we would get a call back, we took matters into our own hands and realised it was going to cost over 1000 to fix! We realised we don’t have that sort of money upfront or even as savings. So again, contacted the garage and said they can pay for it and they can sort it because now they’ve left us without a car, unable to get children to school, unable to get to work, unable to get anything. The garage basically won’t take ANY fault, they won’t accept their wrong doings & they take for ever to get back to you! Along with lying to you, to give you what you think is true. They don’t care about anyone but themselves. Extremely rude to deal with and handle, yet seem so lovely to start with. Absolutely disgusting garage and people I don’t even know how their still going, I will be taking this a lot further to ensure what their doing is thoroughly looked at as I believe it’s well and truly illegal. I will be taking this further because their selling death trap cars, cars that are absolutely shite. You need to take your head for a wobble if you ever go here for any services. Stay the hell away! It will mess with your mental health, it will mess with your financial situation and it will just all round mess with you.
