I have had a new Vauxhall Astra for the last 12 years but this is the first time I've bought from 06 Vauxhall Ormskirk. From my first visit I was so pleased with the service I received. The salesman was so helpful and informative but the main thing for me was he wasn't pushy in any way. I ordered a new Mokka and took delivery of it last week. That was weeks earlier than expected - guess I was lucky. I am so pleased with my new car and the help and service I received, thanks Phil.

Recently had to be towed into O6 with a complete breakdown of my old Astra. Back on the road within 2 days. Brilliant service by all concerned,with Derek and Jamie on reception very helpful indeed..Well done all.
Got really good service from 06 Vauxhall in Ormskirk when buying but thats where customer service stops! after purchase! Constantly lied to, told they would ring back and havent! very, very disappointed with their after sales customer service - it's nil!. Won't go into why as will give rhem a chance to redeem themselves

Have you had any problems with your car
Purchased my Vauxhall Astra from 06 last year. The sales staff were friendly and not pushy. Since purchasing the car it has been back to 06 for Service and MOT and on both occasions the car comes back jet washed and hoovered. Like the sales staff, the service staff are helpful and friendly. Overall this is an excellent dealership who I have no hesitation in recommending to others.
