Called about a specific car in the morning, told the garage that I would be driving over an hour to view, was told that the car was a lovely little car and that everything was in order. When I arrived the salesman couldn't open the car remotely as both car keys were literally in pieces, the bodywork had some rust which had been very poorly touched up with paint, the car smelt damp and when started an "airbag fault" message came up, in plain terms the car was an absolute pig and because of the salesman totally miss representing the cr on the phone I wasted over 2 hours of time and almost half a tank of fuel. This is the sort of place that gives all used car garages a bad name.
