This garage cuts corners. Bought a car that has many problems that were hidden up after sales was beyond a joke.

I’m really happy with my vehicle that I recently purchased, i had brought a Audi RS7 which was as detailed as it said in description and when I had come to see it, really happy with the service and staff, really helpful, deffo coming back for a upgrade !!

Bought a 2017 ford ranger, which looks awesome. Test drove all went well. First impressions walking into city motors was a warm welcome from the team. Very clean and great stock. Easy transaction no pushy sales tactics! Half way home the ford ranger developed a fault with clutch. Rang City motors about my situation,who were very apologetic and sent there recovery. City motors diagnosed the fault and replaced the whole clutch system and delivered my vehicle back home which is approx 140miles one way all at there cost. The customer service I received was outstanding from the team and can't recommend City motors peterborough enough! I will certainly be recommending this company for future purchases. Thanks guys

Viewed a car at the start of the week , phoned ahead , arrived and car was filthy and at the back of the forecourt , rude staff.

Car was brought over the phone and delivered from peterborough to Coventry the same day of purchase ! Lads were very helpful , spotted a minor fault on car on the delivery but they had no issues resolving this , booked me straight into local garage and paid to get fault fixed ! overall happy with the purchase !

Great dealership, very friendly without being pushy, took time to explain all features of the vehicle i was purchasing. 5* would certainly come back for another car when the time comes
