So we went down to the Coastline Cars Poole branch saw a £24,000 Mercedes, met the sales man who I couldn’t fault, the problem I have is with the greedy buyer of cars, I have a 63 plate Range Rover sport, trade is 30k, retail 36k he had the cheek to offer me 28k now having a very good friend in the trade I know this is true, so there buyer would have made £8,000 on my car and at least £4000 on the Mercedes I was going to buy so in total roughly a £12,000 not bad for a days work, i am all for people making a profit but who ever you are do no favours for coastal cars,,, your greedy.

Within 2 hours of purchasing car had problems! Customer care what can I say......get sworn at for phoning to say fault. Eventually they repaired but within 12 months car had same problem & was a write off!!!

A friend of mine just bought a mini from the NASTIEST SALESMAN, issues from the day it was bought and when asked for a refund they attempted to fix the car and dropped it off in the dark HAVING BEING TOLD the car was no longer wanted as there was no trust

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Dan over the last year. The cars were both ready to take away same day. There were no pushy sales tactics. I would highly recommend Dan and Coastline cars to anybody. I'm sure i will be back for my next car.

Coastline Cars were absolute rubbish! Bought a car from these idiots 4 months or so ago. Had to speak to them after a couple of months regarding constant warning lights and an oil level warning light, they hadn't done a pre-sales inspection so they weren't aware of the low oil level............truth is, I think all they did was chuck a bucket of water over it. They didn't tackle the warning lights at all, they are still coming on for no apparent reason, side light here and fog light there not working. Will avoid this lot in the future and so should you!

Coastline Cars is the worst company I have ever purchased a car from. I took the car back with a major engine fault I was told it was fixed but it wasn't. It cost me £2500 to put right. Salesmen are rude and very unprofessional. I turned up and was told to wait outside while it was raining so that the other customers didn't hear my issue. Don't go there.

WORST SERVICE EVER! 3 MONTHS FROM PART EXING MY PREVIOUS CAR AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T PAID THE SETTLEMENT FEE MEANING I AM PAYING EVERY MONTH FOR A CAR WHICH IS NO LONGER IN MY POSSESSION. TO TOP IT OFF, THEY HAVE NOW BROKEN THE LAW BY SELLING THE CAR WHICH IS IN MY NAME! NO COMPENSATION RECEIVED AND EVEN TONY (THE MANAGING DIRECTOR) HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER SO HE DOESN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH ME! THE CAR CAME WITH OLD BRAKE PADS WHICH NEEDED REPLACING BUT THEY REFUSED TO DO THIS AND THEY HAVE NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 3 MONTHS AND STILL ONGOING! THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN PAYING FOR THE SETTLEMENT FEE ON THE CAR WHICH IS IN MY NAME, DESPITE SIGNING A CONTRACT. BREACH OF CONTRACT IS THE FIRST LAW THEY HAVE BROKEN. DO NOT BUY FROM COASTLINE CARS! I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF RETURNING THIS CAR, AND WANTING MY PREVIOUS CAR BACK! CAUSING PROBLEMS FOR COASTLINE, THE NEW USER AND MYSELF. COASTLINE CARS IS THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. THEY HAVE NO CURTESY AND NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Chris at Coastline Cars purchased our vehicle for a very fair price, only a bit less than we had been expecting privately without the hassle of time wasters and expensive adverts. Far higher than we were offered trade in at a local dealer on our new car. No hassle, no silly appraisals and price deductions just a good honest offer that was kept to. Absolutely would recommend.

Very professional and non-pushy. All cars seem to be reasonably priced and of good quality. Dealt with Chris who was excellent throughout. Would strongly recommend to others.
