Rang Colin Ludwell Cars and spoke to Adam who was very helpfulas we had decided to sell our Toyota, he suggested we take the car to them which we did. Max saw us, checked the car over, suggested a price for the car which we were happy with. We were treated with kindness and politeness at all times and the money was transferred to our bank account within minutes. Would recommend them every time.

I've been looking for a Jaguar è pace for about 4 months but the cars I seen have been vastly over price. I came across one at Colin ludwell cars that I thought was exactly what I was looking for price colour x speck. Rang garage and spoke to Adam about car he said that car was immaculate and have to see it. I paid deposit and to collect 2 days later. The car was exactly what Adam said. I was so impressed with Adam and the service Colin Ludwell gave. The hardest part was trying to transfer the money to pay. Drove car home to Pembrokeshire its a dream. No pressure sales when we bought our car nearly 3 years ago. We took out the warranty and did have to claim however there were no arguments or them trying to get out of it. They repaired the issues within a few days. We are really impressed with their professionalism and service.

I bought a car from Colin Ludwell cars only 5 months ago and they were very friendly at the time. As the weather has been amazing for the last few months, I didn't know that the driver's door seal was broken. Now that it has rained and the driver footwell is flooded, it is evident that the seal needs replacing. Even though I paid £799 for an "extended warranty", Colin Ludwell claim that this fault is 'wear and tear' and is not covered. I've had the car for 5 months and it's not even done 500 miles! How can it possibly be wear and tear? AVOID THEM!
