Avoid at all costs!!! Waist of time, unprofessional!!! Very bad experience with him trying to buy a car...

I had noted quite a few negative reviews from other buyers, but as some were also positive I decided to have a look at the car I was interested in. It was a Jan 2015 Fiat 500 and was in excellent condition body wise. We dealt with Colin (the father of the father/son business) who was pleasant, not pushy and let us take the car for a test drive. I was very nervous about buying a used car and so I had carried out a lot of research on the car before hand, looking it up on the Gov UK website and carrying out a check via Autotrader for about £20 looking at the MOT history of the car and any warnings about it (number plate change), I also searched the number plate on Autotrader which gave an indication of the price a buyer should expect to pay for the car to a private seller and to a dealer based on the age of the car. I was happy with it and we purchased it, having done some negotiation, and traded in my Ford KA. It is true that the cars are kept on farm space up a bumpy track, and yes, the Colin Neagle Cars website is very misleading, in that it gives a completely different impression of the actual "forecourt and office", but that should come as no surprise for anyone who Google Map searches the directions. Whilst I have not driven my car much to date, it seems to work well, and I have confidence that it will continue to do so. If any issues arise with it in the next 6 months of the AA backed warranty Colin encouraged me to contact him. He told me that the previous owner of my car had traded it in to buy a new Audi, and of course the Audi dealership only want to sell new and used Audis, so Colin bought the car from them. I am sorry to hear that other buyers did not feel that they had such a good experience, but my experience is very positive.

I bought a car from Colin beagle motors AA approved next day the boot was full of water it smelt of dogs the cloth on the door cards started peeling off this dealer has no garage or forecourt it's a farmhouse with cars parked next to it I rejected the car and went elsewhere for a cat

Avoid Colin Neagle Motors at all costs, really poor service. Had multiple problems with my car straight after I bought it, when taken back to this garage they bodged it rather than fixed it (my own garage was appalled by the job they'd done), I then had to use my own money to fix the car even though it was under warranty. They went on holiday while they were supposed to be fixing my car without letting me know so I had to miss work because I could not pick my car up. When i got my car back it was covered in cigarette ash- shows their lack of respect. They obviously don't value their customers at all and only want your money.

I recently purchased a Audi Q5 from Colin Neagle motors and the service was excellent. I was allowed to look over the car , with no interference and took it for test drive. Olly gave me great part exchange price on my GTI Polo and the Q5 is a brilliant car. You can see why they are a AA recommend dealer. Many thanks Shaun .

Oly at Colin Neagle Motors massively lied to me about condition of car (overseas purchase) then stopped returning emails/calls. Just disappointing.

I recently bought a car from this dealership As I live quite a distance away Colin NEAGLE brought the car to me and took my car in ipart exchange love the car and thought the service was excellent. .Would thoroughly recommend them L
