Oliver was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very fair throughout the buying process - before, and after we purchased the car - a Mercedes C350e Estate. Shane accompanied us during our test drive, and answered our lengthy list of questions. We are very happy with the overall service provided.....and with the car.

I purchased a Mercedes E250 from Coupes and Convertibles in August last year. A couple of months after purchase the fuel injection had problems which meant the car took a while to run on and then often would not accelerate. C&C did agree to send it to their garage and cover the costs, however it still did not run very well and over the next few months got worse again. I took it back to the garage at my cost and at that point they told me all the brake pads and discs were completely worn to the point of dangerous and they needed to replace them at a cost of around £700. I had only done 3,000 miles at that point. Then the engine light came on the car so they charged me for a replacement sensor - I walked away with a bill of £800+. The engine light then came back on the following day and will not go off - the same garage has now said it has a problem with the front sprockets and it will cost £1000+ to repair. So a car I have done a few thousand miles in less than a year since purchased it costing me £2k on top of what I paid and is still not driving well. I probably should have had it AA checked but trusted the dealership. I would say ensure you get a check if you buy from C&C.

Hi Marisa I have just looked into this and have found the following email transactions. First from yourself on Monday 23/10/2017 @ 07:55 "Dear Oliver, As you may recall, I purchased a Mercedes E250, LC10 BWO, from you on the 2nd August 2017 which has the 3-month warranty on it. Since I purchased the vehicle it has been slow to start but not a major problem as it does start and drive, however over the last three weeks it had not been accelerating fully and yesterday the engine light came on. The AA did a computer engine test and it states "fuel delivery control valve requirement not reached" which basically means the fuel is not getting through and the system has recorded 68 occurrences dating back long before I purchased it. The AA engineer said it is probably not complex and can be fixed quite easily just by changing the fuel filter but he did say if the car was under warranty I should go back to the dealer and ask for this to be resolved. Could you let me know what steps we need to take to get this resolved? Do you have a preferred garage or need the car brought back to you? I am presuming the Mercedes garage would make this a costly exercise when actually it can be rectified easily with a mechanic that you use for your trade vehicles. We will plan to fix it whilst you wait or if we need to keep the vehicle we will offer you a loan car. If the fix is covered under warranty, there obviously will be be no charge. Best wishes Julian" There was no reply from yourself after our reply either via email or telephone. I find it hard to believe you can generate such a harsh review considering you did not give us the opportunity to rectify or even look into what you were experiencing. From what you have reported to be at fault in your review would have been covered under our warranty we provided at point of Sale. We pride our selves not only on offering customers a peaceful no pressure sales environment but also our attention to detail and after sales care should a customer need our help and support. I'm terribly sorry that you have experienced this with your Mercedes, if you had responded to Julian's email and given us the opportunity to investigate the problems hihglighted i'm confident your review would have read differently Kind Regards Oliver

I have bought over 15 cars from Cu over the years. Including 3 this year and one more shortly . Definitely not your normal second hand car dealer. All ways go above and beyond the call of duty. The bespoke interior work they do on some of the cars is simply breath taking Would never go anywhere else.

I bought a Mini from Coupes and Convertibles in January and its lovely! I have had no real issues with it at all and it was a very good price. The staff at the dealership have been really helpful and I would recommend Coupes and Convertibles to anyone.
Julian Nicky and ream are a pleasure to do business with. I've bought many cars and trucks over the years, but these guys are head and shoulders above some of the pushy dealers who just want a fast sale. I can't recommend them enough. Will definitlely be back .
I change my cars at least every 12 months and therefore have a great deal of experience with regard to dealers, I must say that Julian and his team are the best I have ever dealt with, from the moment I arrived to returning to collect my new car a couple of days later the level of service was magnificent, I have since experienced their after sales service which was equally as good. a very happy Tony Graddon
I found that the dealerships answered all questions well and they were very polite and even went out the way to pick me up. Unfortunately I have issues with my car that have not been sorted yet
