Purchased a vehicle from craignairn car world and had nothing but hassle with it, had the car in to the garage to get multiple problems rectified but for some reason the ‘mechanics’ and I use the term ‘mechanics’ loosely could not find what was causing the faults. I also spoke with 2 of the mechanics and there attitude is shocking, the attitude they use towards customers is completely unacceptable. There Respect for the company’s vehicles and the customers vehicles is non existent, I witnessed a very worrying episode of them abusing vehicles that were at the garage for repairs. Although I have absolutely no issue or problems with the salesman who was nothing but helpful and very polite. I feel that the garage would benefit from improving the garage and employing mechanics who have the ability to rectify and repair problems and also treat customers and there cars with respect. I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that craignairn is a good used car dealer as they have a huge range of cracking cars but if you need a repair done to the vehicle you purchased then your better of avoiding there workshop and take it to a trusted garage.

I was enormously impressed by the overwhelming attention to detail when I part exchanged my 2001 Volvo for a newer one. Not only did I change the dates when I was driving up from the South but when I was then late due to heavy traffic David Clarke could not have been more patient or understanding. They gave me a fair price for my car & having driven the newer one for almost a week now I am a very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend them...........Charles (Norfolk)

Bought a used car from Graham, under the influence that all cars came with warranty of 3 months, which is CLEARLY stated on their website. After only a few weeks of driving the car died due to a faulty part that was covered under warranty. Phoned up and was abruptly told that the car had no warranty and was bought as seen, which was not made clear by Graham, nor was it even mentioned at any point during the sales process. There was no effort to help and the service was simply shocking. Will never be returning.

Over the years we have had six cars from Craignairn and if ever we have an issue these are resolved immediately and to our satisfaction. I purchased a six year old Saab in Oct 16, The car had a couple of niggles no more than you could expect from a six almost seven year old car, The niggles were fixed no quibble or augments,I found the company great to deal with, and would use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody looking for a second hand car

I bought a vauxhall corsa from this garage a year past January, would advise all to stay clear of this bunch. Sold me a car that was waterlogged inside, stinking of damp and just would not sort the issue. Also a long list of other faults... Everytime I went back with the car, they were rude and insulting. After 2 months i had been to citizens advice also a lawyer and managed to get my old trade in back from them but at an extra cost of £500 more than what they gave me for it ... It was the most stressful time i have ever endured in my whole life... Stay well clear of Craignairn Ltd.
