Bought a Lexus jeep off Cromwell Motor Company! Terrible after service, car was a wrongun! You have to keep on at them for refunds, they soon fold and give in! The warranty and after care is absolutely shocking! Always record the calls you make to them! Keep on at them, they soon part with your money back.
Brought a car from here, the faults started happening- cd player work, glove box broke off, not cleaned, tyres rubbish, noises from the wheels so the bearing has gone on one side, struts gone, boot too. Dont use these, they are a waste of your breath.
Dealers lies and sale of the car was not good at all. I would never recommend Cromwell Motor Company.
I would not recommend Cromwell Motor Company based on my poor experience. Customer service is a huge mis-noma for this company. When it says on there web site they exceed expectation, this is true you won't believe how poor their vehicles/ after sales services are. If you have to make a claim for something gone wrong, please be assured it will be done before Christmas, some year in the future.
Avoid Cromwell Motor Company or you will lose your money like I did. I bought a car costing just under 5 grand and within a week the turbo failed dramatically causing parts to go through the engine system and causing alot of damage, I had it taken to local dealership who showed me the black oil and old filter which hadnt been changed since the last service 13 thousand miles ago but I had brought it fully serviced and Cromwell Motor Company stamped the book too and I had done less than 200 miles. So the oil wasn't changed and resulted in the turbo failing, I rang the garage who said its your loss and the free 30 day warranty only covers £350. Avoid this car garage at all cost
I cannot go to further lengths to encourage anyone to avoid this so called car dealership at all costs. Viewed a car that I saw on the Auto Trader website (2010 Laguna) and rang to give deposit (minimum £300 I was told). As the advert stated that the vehicle was IMMACULATE inside and out and looked immaculate we drove down next day (2 hours). Cigarette burns all over the seats front and back, Scrapes all over the bodywork.Tyres bald and perished and the filth inside the corners of the car was on another level. When my girlfriend pointed out these issues to the salesman and we requested our deposit back his response was "that's because you're a girl". In the end we decided to go to CarGiant in London and get treated like a customer. I am now pursuing legal advice to reclaim my deposit.
They only get 1 star because i cannot give zero. The whole experience was shocking. do NOT ever deal with this company, once they take your money they ignore you, will not return calls and make you jump through hoops to get anywhere. the WORST company i have ever had to deal with
I was told a car I wanted to look at was still available at 6.30 on a Monday night so travelled down on Tuesday morning to see it, it took me an hour & half to get there then a half hour wait outside as it was not open I was told they were in a meeting. When they finally turned up with their McDonald's bags I was told the car I'd gone to look at had been sold a couple of days before went into their office to eat breakfast & didn't see them for the half hour I was there looking round, if this is what their pre sales service is like I can't imagine their after sales, definitely not recommended
i bought a X 5 from here and its the best car ever very cheap black x5 black wheels PERFECT. THE SALES PERSON CYRIL WAS REALLY HELPFUL AND FUN TO TALK TOO.

Bought a car and noticed that 12v and cigarette lighter not working at POS. Tld not to worry as I should go to their aftersales team who would fix it. I had to go there to sort paperwork. Went straight round and told fault wasn't covered in their warrantly. It never was a warrantly issue. It was a Point of sale issue. Explained to them in their website advert 2X12v sockets were on specs and they didn't state they were not working. Had an email to say get a diagnostic report and could I send them autotrader advert. I never said it wa from autotrader but sent them their website listing. They replied saying it was not their advert. They are accusing me of sending fraudulent evidence. It was definately their advert and matches their other (inaccurate) adverts on their website. They are now not following up the repair. The woman in the office aftersales team is so rude.Their aftersales email address they advertise is incorrect. Rude, unhelpful, avoidant, petty. DO NOT BUY HERE
