Not overly happy with my experience at CS Motors Of Lutterworth. I bought a Vauxhall Zafira back in July. The service was very average. The car has had a new starter motor under warranty but there are still niggly issues that have not been resolved. I feel like the car was over priced. I wouldn't recommend this dealership unless you know a lot about cars.

Good experience with CS Motors Of Lutterworth. I purchased a Vauxhall Astra back in July. There was in issue with it within the first week but the dealers got it resolved quickly and easily as soon as I reported it to them. The car is really good value for money and was clean and in good condition when I got it. I would recommend this dealership they have been really helpful.

No issues at all, very good service and good quality car. I bought a Ford Fiesta back in June and up to now I have had no issues what so ever, The car was really clean and just as described and really good value for money. The dealers were very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend.

I travelled to Lutterworth to collect a car that was not sold as described at all. The car was advertised as having built in sat nav but it didn't. I found the salesmen to be very disinterested and the repairs that had been done hadn't been done very well. Not happy and would not recommend this dealership .

We have now had the vehicle for a week it's going well and I have done all the work I identified would be needed .( New rear discs and pads two tyres and a battery all GSF supplied next day and very reasonable prices self fitted in an afternoon.) The sale went smoothly and we were back home with the px done and balance paid in under an hour. As a recent customer of CS I'd be happy to recommend them to family and friends Our old cars on their forecourt for only a few pounds more than the px we traded it in for (. We loved it but it was too small for 4 kids..)
Rang up about a car they had advertised on ebay. Very helpful phone call, none of the usual dealers spin . We visited same day and found the car as described. I used to be in the trade and wasn't put off by a few worn discs or a less than loved look. The price and trade in deal look keen and the lads very helpful all round. A small friendly and knowledgeable forecourt crew always a big reassurance. Thanks to Ashley.
Chris the sales guy at CS Motors Of Lutterworth was really genuine and down to earth. Very trusting as I had the key given to me to take the car for a run. The car was just as it was advertised online. A silver Volkswagen Polo. I had to return to the garage twice for very minor things not even issues but all were resolved by Andy the director who also runs the workshop. I would recommend them for their honest opinion and great customer service. All the phone staff were friendly and helpful too.
I highly recommend CS Motors in Lutterworth they were fantastic. Very relaxed approach, they gave me the keys to test drive the car and left me to it, they were very friendly and helpful and even sourced and sent me a second key out afterwards. I've recommended to others already.
