purchased a new citroen c3 after 1 week the steering wheel started to vibrate and the dash board was making a rattling noise took it back 4 times still the same fault ,i asked to change the car they told me they would give me £2.500 LESS than what i paid for it 3 weeks ago only 400 miles on the clock pensioners please go else were to buy a car as soon as you hand your money over they dont care
Don't take your Citroen to Drivers for a manufacturers recall. They will use every excuse in the book not to carry out the work needed doing. Won't buy Citroen again?

Avoid at all costs, this garage has no empathy, morals or care for any customers. I am genuinely shocked at their level of money grabbing, over inflated prices, so look somewhere else.
DRIVERS OF PRESTATYN FIND FAULTS THAT ARE NOT THERE THEN RIP YOU OFF!! I HAD MY CAR INSPECTED BY ANOTHER MECHANIC AFTER THEY RIPPED ME OFF FINDING THINGS THAT DID NOT NEED DOING! AND THEY TAKE WEEKS TO DO MINOR JOBS.....DO NOT GO THERE!
