I have just purchased my new Audi A4 Avant, and what a service!! I didn't read any reviews and seen the car over autotrader, straight away I called and made an appointment. I was a little lost and ELCC kindly directed me to the unit where my car was stored, it may look a little rough around the edges 'building/area' sort of speak but inside me and my friend were like kids in a candy store! A range of exceptional motors, Looking around the car I was going to purchase the gentleman dealing with me kindly showed all the documentation and spares that came with the car and was open about little defects such as stone chips which were expected with the mileage and year of the A4. Once I had a nice test drive I placed my deposit and explained my situation with my finance and waiting for an insurance cheque. ELCC happily reserved my car and said whenever I was ready to just give them a call. with excitement for my new motor, I think I contacted ELCC serval times with updates and each time the phone was answered and all questions answered in a very friendly and genuine manner. As you do I rushed down the first chance I could, not giving the poor dealer time to give the car a full valet which they had promised even though the car was very clean already. On that promise ELCC gave they took my car to the garage and replaced it with fuel 'you cant be fairer than that'. I would extremely recommend ELCC to any of my friends and family for any future cars, please don't be put off by the location. This garage will go that extra mile to accommodate your needs which they have for me!!!! Best of all I have the motor I have always wanted, a perfect spec and price and warranty for peace of mind.

Got my audi a6 bitdi with full spec from ELCC. Adam held it three weeks on a £250 deposit and could have sold it 100 times over he answered every call or called me straight back even on his day off. The showroom is not what you expect but you're not buying a showroom you're buying a car an not at showroom prices would recommend to a friend I'm over the moon

Sent emails regarding a Golf R. Very slow in replying and vague. Stated I could pay a £250 deposit on the car whilst I sold my own. Car was to be reduced by £700 if I did it that way rather than part ex. Couldn’t understand why. Email with bank details on to xfer the deposit to didn’t seem professional as you would expect from an established garage. Decided to read reviews before doing so and needless to say my mind was made up. As the title suggests something doesn’t ring right.

Ready to give a deposit on a 2015 BMW 330d xDrive and have it shipped up to me in Scotland. I have carried out the same process numerous times without issue before, Before I was ready to give him a "non refundable" refundable deposit for the car he offered me £500 less than he had originally offered trade in for my own car. Deal breaker and thank goodness that it was after reading these reviews. Agree that the pictures of their location sounds like a total con from the pictures in the adverts. Lesson learned, thanks folks. Hopefully knowing that your reviews have helped other may lessen your pain, ever so slightly.
