Avoid Evans Halshaw Doncaster at all costs! I bought a car from them a year ago and took the vehicle back on the day I purchased it for a fault. To this day the fault is not fixed and they are now refusing to do any work on it despite taking it back around 6 times! I don’t live local and have had to make 2 hour round trips back and forth taking the vehicle back. It’s seems as soon as they have your money they don’t want to know and the customer service is non-existent. The managers never seem to be in or free and when they are they avoid having a conversation. I’ve been told countless times that I will receive a call back and never get one. I presume this is so you eventually give up contacting them and they don’t have to part with any money to fix the issue. I was pestered to buy a guarantee and to this day have not been able to use it to rectify the fault. I’ve recently had a child and have still been trying to sort this fault out which has caused a massive amount of stress and anxiety as i bought the vehicle especially for when my child was born. I can’t even enjoy the vehicle as driving on the motorway is not an option due to the fault. I’ve never know customer service like it. If you want a smooth hassle free experience I’d take your money elsewhere. I could go on about the issues and lack of service. I’m in the process of speaking with an ombudsman to try and get them to deal with this matter and may have to take legal action against Evans Halshaw.

Today, we purchased a used car, the service was excellent, knowledge of the car and explaining how the purchase works. Saif Ali was very patient and helped with all our questions which allowed us to take the car away. would definitely purchase from here again.

Just had my first service done on my car.The garage was excellent they came and picked up my car for me and I was also sent a video from the mechanic doing my service

Everyone for so pleasant and helpful, especially Andy who explained the workings of the car to me. I had not driven an automatic before or one with so many gadgets. As a result I am extremely happy with my car. The service dept were also very good when I had to bring my car back last week, as unfortunately something had come up off the road and struck the underside of it. Thanks again to you all.

Purchased new Nissan Micra Automatic on Saturday.After driving it back 90 miles to my home.I realized there's a Fault possibly on the Gearbox. Car very Juddery. Reported it on Monday and immediately Rejected the Car. Lauren the Saleperson rang me and said she would get a Local Dealer to look at it immediately. It's now Thursday and heard nothing from Lauren. Nissan have now informed me to arrange everything myself.This Car was supplied with No Mats, No Full tank of Petrol.Battery does not look new and not even a Owners Manual.Anyway I believe if the Car is Juddery they should have immediately arranged to look at it.Terrible Service Keep well away from Evans Halshaw Doncaster.Regards Kevin

Car was collected from my home for servicing and MOT by a very friendly and courteous gentleman. The service and MOT were both carried out to my satisfaction and the car delivered back to my home when completed. As we have only one car, this was an ideal way for us to get the work completed.
