I travelled down from Aberdeen to purchase a VW Tiguan, as seen on Autotrader, from the time I arrived I was treated very well, I found staff to be very attentive, from the test drive to all the financial aspects, The car was immaculate, having been just valed, a big thank you to Stuart and Richard.

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR A NEW CAR TO BE DELIVERED AND STILL NO ONE CAN BE BOTHERED TO TELL ME WHATS HAPPENING WITH IT. STAFF CLEARLY DON'T CARE ONCE THEY THINK THEY HAVE GOT THE SALE. I WOULD NEVER PRUCHASE A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE AGAIN AND I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE ELSE TO AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

Absolutely shocking service from the management team at the Evans Halshaw Renault Doncaster branch, rude and unhelpful....also when I went to collect a vehicle there were dog hairs, tea and bird poop on the inside of the vehicle, would advise anyone to stay away.

I paid a £200 deposit to move a vehicle to Coventry, which was confirmed by email but after hearing nothing for four days visited Coventry Car Store to be told that the vehicle had been sold on the day I paid my deposit. No apologies, no emails and they have still got my money. avoid

Words cannot describe how appalled I am about the after service of this Evans Halshaw branch in Doncaster,I bought a car,2 weeks later it had many faults and 25 days after managing to get it in for repairs it is still with Evans Halshaw ABSOLUTELY APPALLING.
