Brought a BMW 7 series from these guys and they have been so helpful and amazing aftercare too. Returning to them with MoT and services because they're trusted and sort out any problems you have. Had a few problems with the car after we brought it and they have been amazing and sorted them all out with no issues. Really helpful and pleasant staff. Will return to them for the next car I buy!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And will be returning for my next car. Polite staff, friendly staff. Great team of guys. Cannot fault them in the slightest they've been amazing
The initial service was very good. the salesmen were really polite and accommodating but the after sales is quite poor. 2 weeks the car started having issues so I reported this to the garage and they said they would be happy for me to send them a quote for the repairs so I went to a local garage and they quoted me £400... The dealers only sent me £60 and said that is all they would pay even though I had 3 months warranty So based on that I would not recommend them.

Really good people at Fast Lane Motor Cars. I have just bought a 2010 Jaguar XK and it was delighted both with the quality of the car and the excellent service provided by the Team at Fast Lane. Best thing was the feeling of confidence I got I dealing with these guys highly recommended.
I came across Fast Lane Motor Cars when buying my Mercedes SL55, they or someone lost the service history, so with a powerful car i really needed this and to be fair Fast Lane Motors have spoke to Mercedes and are sending a service book fully stamped to where it should be, Thanks

In reply to above i also bought a nice sporty car from these people that supposedly got full service history... After collecting car and driving home for 2 hours found it had not got full service history.. Even though the owner categorically stated it had!! ( we hsd no reason not to believe them, seemed so genuine). They had also took 4 run flat tyres off and replaced with normal tyres on wheels that didnt match! Long story short refused to do anything about it and after kicking off about it all managers disappeared..at both of there sites and no one knew where they were... What cowards.. and person who took our money off is pretented he didnt know us and just ignored us! Disgusted not the word.. Be warned dont buy from these cowboys..fancy showroom just a cover up and workshop garage staff just same with lots customers kicking off because of bad customer service!! Now i am stuck with a lovely car that has no service history and depreciated even more because of lack of service history!! Beware
