Bought a car 17 days ago, Car had an airbag error come up last week. Customer care team have been fantastic they directed me to the warranty company who advised me to get the car checked by my local garage and get back to them with a diagnostics. I have had the problem diagnosed, repaired and the car back with me within 2 days. it is unfortune to have an issue with the car so soon after purchasing it but the aftercare has been fantastic. I feel comfortable knowing that my 6 months warranty is actually worth something unlike some past experiences I've had.

Bought a car from these guys last week and they were excellent from start to finish. I had a slight problem with a warning light on the dash, they immediately had me booked in and diagnosed a faulty sensor. They ordered the sensor and replaced it straight away. Fantastic Customer service.

Great people to deal with being a first time buyer i was a little worried as it was my first car but was made to feel really comfortable, the staff were really professional and answered all my questions. 2 days after purchasing the car I realised the CD player was getting stuck and would not play properly. After trying several different solutions I gave the guys at Finance car shop a call. They booked me in to have a better look. On inspection they told me the stereo was unfortunately knackered and they would order a replacement for me and call me once it has arrived. The following Monday I got a call telling me the stereo had arrived and if I could pass by any morning at my own convivence to get it replaced. I was free that morning so I popped round and the staff were very friendly, they replaced the stereo while I waited and I am all up and running. Fantastic after sales care.
