Left a £99 deposit on a car Sunday afternoon called Monday told car sold over weekend (fine I don't have a problem) But try and get your deposit back phone calls and emails had to contact credit provider #So what would it have been like if I had purchased car#
They damaged truck by bad installing the roll-top. Caused other issues. They refuse to accept there is a problem even after getting the report from another mitsubishi dealer they sent me to. Just give me a new truck as I paid for or refund as per my legal rights. Only 1 day old 2020 plate
Very easy and pleasant experience at Grays of Holbeach.
Cant fault them at Grays of Holbeach over in Spalding. Not long after i had it i had an issue, was outside my house for 3 weeks but during this time i was loaned a courtesy car which was good as i wasnt put out by this, clearly it could have been resolved quicker but the fact that they found a solution is a big plus and has lead me to both leave a review and recommend them.
