In response to this I phoned the customer on Wednesday evening to arrange payment of the remaining balance and was informed that “he had paid enough already and wanted to pay cash on delivery “. This isn’t how we conduct our business I offered a complete refund or the option of collecting in person and remaining balance to be paid when the customer had viewed the Vehicle. The customer refused either option after many emails and WhatsApp msg we’re exchanged he gave his bank details first on Thursday lunchtime however as I’m FCA regulated refund back is to be as original payment was made. In this case by card. Reluctantly he finally gave his card details for a full refund. The refund was made in full on receipt of his details at 11:44 am on 28/9/17. Proof of which was sent to him and as the funds may take up to 3 working days to hit his account we have received nothing but abuse and threats from Jason Stone (plaster Isle of Wight). He doesn’t appear to run his own business in an honest fashion requesting an invoice for his “books” for £12,000 when the vehicle was costing him £19,495 obviously I REFUSED. Please note we were trying to help by delivering the vehicle to Brentford which would have resulted in our business being closed on Friday as my husband works alone on a Friday all I did was ask for the balance to be paid before delivery as there would be nobody in the office on a Friday. I am more than satisfied that we have done nothing wrong and am appalled at the abuse and threats made by this mardy obnoxious individual. Despite banking procedure this individual has continued to threat harass and write negatives reviews due to the time it takes for the refund which was immediately made to hit his account. We wouldn't accept his £8,000 balance of "fiddle money" and he spit out his dummy therefoe we unwound the deal. Everything is documented including the vile whatsapp messages.
