Rang about car I had seen on Autotrader, no answer from 24th December until 4th January. Nothing on website to say closed, no messages, NOTHING. Finally managed to get through on January 4th - guy who answered took no details, didn't really care and when I suggested I pay a deposit as we cannot get down until weekend (2 days later!) he said why on earth would he do that when he could sell it tomorrow!! I would absolutely love to know how this 'dealership' sells vehicles. Clowns.

I have bought my second car through this garage and experience is great they even deal with all defects within a reasonable time always nice and polite.
What a refreshing change buying a car from Henson. There was no pressure to buy and no rush to make my decision. I felt totally at ease and really appreciated the extra mile made to ensure the car was just right for me. I’ve never experienced such transparency from a car dealer and attention to detail. I’ll be buying from these guys again. 100% recommended!

Don't buy from Henson Cars. Car sold with problems John doesn't seem to care. Takes your money see ya later. How this guy is still in business I don't know.

Well what a surprise I knew it was a garage from hell anless you have money to burn keep well away from this place there rude don’t care aslong as they got your money there rip you right off and he knows it. Needs shutting down
I bought a Kia from Henson Cars and it had a few problems but they were dealt with and put right very quickly with no quibbling . One of the best car dealers I’ve dealt with

Avoid Henson Cars at all cost. rip off rubbish customer care. I bought a BMW X3 4 weeks ago it’s cost me £1000 in repairs already. They won’t answer my calls or emails. I’m now going to have to go throw the courts to get my money they owe. Beware of this garage.

Update I’ve had even more problems with the car I bought off them. I’ve had to replace radiator and header tank now I can’t shut drivers window electric mirrors don’t work central locking don’t work. Cars in my local garage again trying to fix it. Also still no v5 spoke to dvla they haven’t had it yet ever. Henson cars have called me and John was very rude and personal all I want is the £500 they owe me for extra repairs I’ve pain for

Update on hassle I’ve had with this garage John sent me a letter which I believe was very rude and full of rubbish it’s now in the hands of my solicitor who has been instructed to sue this garage. John has been very rude and said some very personal things to me.
Buying a used car can be a minefield. Hensons cars gave me a fair trade in price . The used Renault Koleos John at Hensons sold us was very nicely prepared. I would highly recommend Hensons, friendly professional service.

I went to Henson motor company back in April and bought a Vauxhall Antara. The car was in a good, clean state and was as advertised and it was also a very good price. The sales team were helpful and friendly and have had no issues with either them or the car. I would recommend this dealership.

Will never use this place again, they offered us a great part exchange for our old car, then a week later when we returned to close the deal and buy our new car they came up with an excuse, saying that our car had problems and they didn't want to part exchange it! Absolute waste of time and a 120 mile round trip, All these people are interested in is getting as much out of customer as they can!!!!
