I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this company to purchase a car... had the worst experience dealing with David. Found a car which I really like, arranged finance etc and on the day I am picking the car, I received a call to say car is not turning on and yet 2 hard credit searches been carried out. I remained interested in the car and a week later, received an email to say is now sold for someone eles. Don’t waste your time and find a better company offers better service. Total waste of my time and 1 month waiting.

Via Autotrader was contacted by David from Hollybrook Car Centre, very open, honest conversation about his dealership. Travelled that day to view my car, payment automatically into bank account and took car away himself. Very easy to deal with.

I saw the Fiesta online and, following a few emails with Lee, agreed a part-exchange price for my existing car (although they hadn't seen it), paid a deposit for the new car and they kept it for me for approximately three weeks. I was not disappointed when I finally saw the car. It was immaculate. Lee and Dave were extremely helpful and sociable. I didn't feel at any stage that I was being 'sold to'. I was more than happy to buy it. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use Hollybrook Car Centre again.

Bought BMW from Hollybrook Car Centre very pleased with the car and they went out of their way to accommodate the dogs for me to view the car, overall experience was all good as being a woman it can be daunting part exchanging your car but all was fine, would have given 5 stars but found after a few weeks that I had to have the a/c regassed but apart from that car running fine. Will definitely recommend Hollybrook Car Centre.
