Never buy unseen from this dealer! I unfortunately did as I fell for their before purchase lies. Salesmen will tell you what you want to hear and not what is actually the case with the car. I bought my Audi from them. Described as in excellent condition all round with no marks inside or outside. Everything apparently also worked with no issues. I knew about certain common faults with the car so asked those questions and was reassured the car was a lovely example with no faults. On delivery both me and the driver of the transporter was shocked when he learned I wasn't aware of the condition of the car. It was truly shocking with dinks and dents, rust bubbles and bad paint repair all over the car! They were not interested until I seeked legal advice and I was going to reject the car before they refunded me 60% of the cost to resolve the issues. Then within the first few week more issues started appearing with the car which when I took the car to my local Audi Main Dealer they advised that the issues on my car were pre-existing ones and not something that can happen within a couple of weeks of ownership (seized exhaust flaps and inlet manifold) This time they ignored my emails completely. I contacted the Ombudsman but found out this organisation is not signed up to any Trade association so they don't have to get involved in ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution). They also ignored the Ombudsman service too! So the matter remained unresolved. So after speaking to Trading Standards and Citizens Advice Bureau I am now currently in the process of having to take them to small claims court for the many issues with the car. Worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Remember if you do buy from them get the car checked out by an independent specialist but if you do have issues after purchase and the warranty wont cover as the faults are pre-existing then you're in for a torrid time getting this company to take a look at your issue as they are not signed up to any motor trade association.
