Unbelievably bad experience in every way. I honestly cannot believe how bad it has been - you'd think they hadn't sold a car before. I'd thought it was going to be a great experience as it was a much friendlier atmosphere than Audi. I was wrong Just to list the issues - they initially tried to charge us £1700 more than the agreed price - the car arrived missing the digital cockpit we'd spec'd (they did add 1 free service because of this) - when finance was set up it was not for the figure we'd agreed to pay and they told us they couldn't correct it (as apparently the car had been ordered in the previous quarter) - we paid for GAP insurance on the day of collection but they didn't actually process it until I chased for the paperwork so we weren't covered when we thought we were. - they lost the V5 for our trade in car and then chased us for it! - we were making sure we didn't hit the additional rate tax bracket so we checked that several times before ordering/ We have just found out that they even got this wrong and it will now cost us an extra £1775 over next 5 years To add a positive, the car is really really good!!

I phoned the dealer and spoke to Heather asking how long the wait list is to get a Formentor , I was in luck they had been allocated four that morning and two had sold already. 150bhp V2 just what the wife wanted and DSG so that was a bonus on metallic Grey . Her trade in was a 335D we buy any car offering £18.5 and I knew they would knock the price down so said I was after roughly that. Now Heathers working from home with COVID pop in and see Joe we might be able to offer more, I’m thinking yeah right if I get £18.5k I’m happy . Joe’s a nice lad shows me the cars tells me all the about it , now I hate sales people pushy arrogant bull#hitters No sales pitch tell him about the wife’s car so Joe gets the manager another nice chap , lovely car sir , excellent condition nice chat he offers me 19k . Right I will take it , do you not want a test drive , na it for the wife give me it . We have one just been pdi checked let us put petrol in it and have a drive , they insisted. Had the test drive said we would take it , ok cars left the factory will be about two weeks we will be in touch . True to there word two weeks later we collect the car , no hassle and some free gifts and car was well prepped. Nice relaxed handover and I feel I could get any questions answered no problems. Wife loves it and Heather , Joe and the manager gave a hassle free experience and a good deal with no rubbish .

I bought a new Karoq in Edinburgh but there were 2 small faults with it. One was a rattle and they are really hard to fine. I am based in Fife so Dundee was closer so I booked my car in, but they could not recreate the rattle which I was worried about as it only happens on specific road surfaces. They asked me to go for a drive with one of their technicians. I did so and we managed to recreate the rattle which they diagnosed and have ordered parts to fix. The other fault was sorted with a software update. The service was amazing, especially as I didn't purchase my car from them. Very impressed and well done!
