Gave this dealer a second chance. What a mistake. Was told with my PCP deal that I would get 2 years free servicing on my Polo. First year it got serviced no problem but when it came to the second service they said no. After arguing the fact they agreed to do the 2nd service for free but made it feel like they were doing us a favour. We then bought a Golf with the promise of 3 years free servicing and guess what?....The first year again no problem but when we booked the car in for it's second service we were told no. We would have to pay for it. £50000 in cars bought and they don't do what they offer when buying the car. Mis-selling I think. My best advice if you want a VW then do not buy from this garage.

Asked for test drive, told I’d have to pay a cleaning fee! Queried via email with Laura & Ryan, both confirmed no negotiation. Cleaning fee must be paid prior to test drive. First dealings with VW, think I’ll stick with Mercedes, Porsche & BMW.

what an absolute unprofessional outfit. when I asked questions about certain vehicles the salesperson called Sophie was only interested in if I was buying a car today. when I said I was just starting my journey on looking for an upgrade she was not impressed that I was just looking to change. What an absolute disgrace that unless you are here to buy then get off the forecourt, Tut Tut. you just lost a sale
Stay away from Liverpool Volkswagen. Had a really bad experience buying a used car from them and when I have a problem they said there is no warranty even One day as our deal was three months warranty they such a liar. Liverpool Volkswagen.

I am leaving this review for Volkswagen in Liverpool a full 3 months after my purchase. Can't fault the dealer or the car, everything went well and I'm happy with the buying experience I had at Liverpool Volkswagen. I have not had a problem for Volkswagen to resolve this buying the car.
