I am very disappointed with customer service at this Lookers dealership in Newport. I was told one thing by one salesman and totally different from another. I do not recommend them.
I bought a Peugeot 207 from lookers Newport back in April. The overall service was good and the sales team were happy to help however i took the car in for a repair and whilst they were doing it they actually damaged the handbrake and this caused an accident. I don't feel that this way in any way the dealers fault and perhaps it was the fault of one of the mechanics but other than this incident I have no further complaints. So I would still recommend them but just be careful if you have repairs done by them.

THE PRICE WAS GOOD FOR WHAT WE HAD WITH THE VEHICLE, PROBABLY THE WRONG TIME OF THE YEAR TO GO THERE WITH REGISTRATIONS CHANGING. TOOK THEM A WHILE TO ACTUALLY RELEASE THE CAR FOR PICK UP, SLIGHT DELAYS EVEN THOUGH MONEY WAS IN SO WAS WAITING FOR 24 HOURS AND HAD TO KEEP CONTACTING. FINALLY WE HAD THE CAR AND AM REALLY HAPPY WITH IT SO NO COMPLAINTS THERE. I ACTUALLY WOULD RECOMMEND JUST FEEL WE WERE MADE TO HANG AROUND A LITTLE
