I should just like to thank Mo and his guys , for the excellent customer service they provided recently when My daughter was looking for a replacement car . there was NO pushy salesman ! We were left alone to view the vehicle . Once we had test driven and decided to buy , they just carried on in a most profession manner to prep the vehicle and even picked my daughter up from railway station on the day she collected the car . Absolutely could'nt have asked for more . Thanks again guys .

moments ago Unprepared, unorganised Called up to enquire about a white Mazda in October. Mentioned I was driving 2.5 hours view it and even double confirmed just before I left incase the vehicle was already sold and to save a wasted journey. Arrived there and they had to jump start the car as the battery was dead and there was barely any diesel in the car to take it for a safe test drive. Unprepared considering I had told them twice I was arriving to view it and pretty careless if I must say. The steering wheel was a good 30 degrees off and they blamed it on tracking with made me think two things - 1) why didn’t they sort it if it was a simple case of tracking for pre sale and 2) seems very fishy just for tracking considering how badly the steering wheel was pulling to the left. Then tried to convince me to pay a £200 deposit to get it sorted to pick up. No way was I going to do this. Nice guys but unorganised and careless, particularly when looking at buying new cars and potentially spending thousands on something that’s not even prepared properly for pre sale. Those are basic things you’d expect from a car dealership surely. If you’re driving miles for a viewing just be wary. Anonymous

So, I bought a 2010 Toyota Avensis from MB Cars Swindon in October 2018. Hadn't dealt with them before. Thought I'd wait this long to review to see what panned out with my purchase. It is absolutely excellent - paid a reasonable price and their customer service was superb. They were really good - polite, honest, clear, helpful and knew what they were talking about. It was serviced & MOT'd promptly & properly ready for me to collect. I can't fault these guys and will be buying from them again should I need another vehicle. Have happily and confidently recommended them to friends awell. As a bonus to the excellent mechanical condition, I loved that it looked so good & well valeted that my friends thought it was a brand new car until they looked at the plate!

Recently brought a car from MB cars. After searching around several local garages, I decided to chose my car from here. Very friendly and definitely knew their stuff. Showed me several cars within my price range and did not pressure me into buying any. Prices are very good from here. The car has had no issues. Will definitely be using MB cars for future purchases or fixes!

Ive bought nice car from Mb cars, very happy with my purchase, staff are very helpfull and friendly, No pressure sales, i had a little issue at the start of few weeks, a little bit worried if they would warranty it or not, i rang mb cars told them exactly what the problem was, they told me to book it in. Once i booked it in they repaired the problem and gave it a generous full vallet, I've had my car few months now with no issues what so ever, I know I've bought a used car so I don't expect the world. But these guys service is 2nd to none, I've recommended them to friends as well, I will surely be back for another car next time.

My only advice to anyone who's willing to buy a car from MB Cars Swindon, Please take someone (Mechanic) who could inspect the car before you buy it and get into trouble, I have a lot to tell but in short DO NOT TRUST THEM, I've got issues the same day I bought the car and 1st appointment they kept the car for the whole day and told me everything's solved but nothing was done then 2nd appointment the same again the 3rd appointment the same then 4th time they fixed some issues and told me that the job done I'll have no issues but the problem is still there so I went back 5th time and they said the issue I have from the day 1 is not covered in the warranty.. No matter how polite and good they are Do Not trust them.

friendly polite and very helpful drove up from southampton to look at a mondeo titanium few niggly problems but all sorted out a week later new MOT free service free breakdown cover and a perfect car cannot fault it .thankyou for making it such an easy purchase and thankyou for your polite friendly service ,Well done Vicky and her colleagues Brilliant place to buy a car ,what are you waiting for , just do it MR
