Purchased a car from here. Have had nothing but issues from day one. The 12 month warranty they give you for free (as an incentive to buy from them) is worthless. They give you this so when the car goes wrong you are no longer their responsibility. The warranty company is as diabolical as the garage. This car has cost us a lot of money from the start. Do not trust this garage regarding the full history of the car. Do not be sucked in to their laidback way of selling. Not all is what it seems when you buy a car from here.

Mod Autos were great guys very friendly and very helpful. No hard sales pitch or pressure to buy I was left in peace to look around the car Test drive was accompanied so I took my time . And AA warranty was given as well . Highly recommended.

Bought a car from these people 3 weeks ago. Supposedly fully serviced and with a brand new MOT (with no advisories). Sadly neither the service (if it actually happened) or MOT noted the fact that one of the rear brake calipers was seized. Dealer was informed about warning lights, they told us to attend any garage and speak to the AA Warranty people. Garage confirmed caliper seized and rendered car unsafe to drive and consequently fitted a replacement. AA Warranty people said that having spoken to the dealer the repair work would not be covered. Tried to speak to the dealer this morning who was rude and unhelpful and would not let me speak. After repeatedly being asked to stop talking so that I could speak I told him that if he wouldn't let me speak I would have no alternative but to hang up and call Trading Standards. The dealer hung up. We are now speaking with Trading Standards and the DSA as the integrity of the MOT is now in question if a seized caliper was ignored.
Mod Autos gave me a top price for my part exchange. Its quite a local dealership to me and I had no issues what so ever. They were very helpful and I would definitely go back. Recommend!

I got a car from here in January. All seemed well at first but I have had a few issues. I have had to have the tracking corrected and the tyres changed. and now I have a service light on the dash despite the fact that it should have already been done. I'm not too sure if I would recommend this dealership. It depends on whether the service gets sorted under warranty.

After having a really bad experience with another dealer (not local I might add ) a couple of months ago, having to get trading standards involved we were very weary of secondhand dealers! But Nigel at MOD autos put our mind at ease after we did a couple of visits and asked loads of questions and picking up on a few things which was written down on the deposit invoice to be completed before our purchase! Saturday we picked up our car and all things done as agreed. Brilliant 3 month warranty which we can extend if we wish. Nigel you were a fantastic salesman and you've brought faith back into our minds of secondhand Car dealers! Car is running smoothly and we're so pleased with our purchase! Highly recommend MOD Autos 100%. Once again thank you very much Nigel your one top bloke 😁
I bought a menage from here not too long ago... I am very happy with it. The car has only had one issue which was hard for the dealership to pinpoint but once they did they got it fixed. I am happy with the price of the car and the overall experience with Mod Autos has been great.

I am very happy with my my BMW from MOD Autos. It was clean and in good condition. there have been a few issues with it that haven't been resolved but nothing too serious. They gave me a fair trice on my part exchange and the car is quite good value for money but I don't think I would recommend them based on the issues that the car had when I bought it.
