I bought a car from this dealership 4 years ago, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. I bought a 2008 Renault Clio I Music and was told that they would include a service and 6 months road tax, and replacement of the missing MP3 player in the car. This hadn't been done when I went to pick it up but was promised that I would receive a call within a week to tell me to pick up the mp3 player, service history and cheque for the tax. It took me almost 5 months of almost weekly telephone calls to sort it out and that was only after my father went there and threatened to make a scene in their show room. The salesman I dealt with was called Simon Brace. Awful dealership, awful after sales - would not recommend.

IF YOU GO TO MODURON MOTORS YOU ARE GOING TO GET A REALLY GOOD SERVICE, DROPPED CAR OFF TO ME AS I COULDNT GET TO THE GARAGE BECAUSE OF THE KIDS. I GOT A 6 MONTH WARRANTY, THIS IS GOOD BECAUSE THEY HAVE A GARAGE ASSOCIATED WITH IT TO DO ALL THE WORK. I HAVE HAD MY PREVIOUS CAR AND HAD ISSUES WITH THE DEALER, BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE WITH MODURON DID ALL THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD, WASNT TOO HEAVY WITH SALES. ASKED THEM TO CHECK BRAKE PADS AND THEY JUST REPLACED THEM. EXCELLENT
