We bought a 2010 Astra. We knew it had an oil leak and coolant leak. Motorvision had the car back and repaired it. Also replacing the front discs and pads because of a minor brake judder. 3 months later the head gasket failed. Motorvision had the car back again and repaired it no quibble. I am a mechanic/ garage owner so I know the repairs were done properly. I’ll give credit to Kevin and Ricky. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended and I would buy from them again. Bought a LandRover Discovery costing £13000, its not gone well from the start with numerous faults, they did repair the worst however refused to repair the rest unless taken back despite already being off the road for a week. Car delivered with service light on despite claims is was serviced, bodged service resulted in leaking air intake, illegal tyre blew out, suspension faults, door locks dont work, steering faults, vibration in steering I have rejected the car Ricky has simply lied, failed to respond etc the two directors Natasha and Jack dont respond so have today drafted legal claim. Given the way they have handled it so far its likely to be painful but I have no choice but to pursue the claim and if necessary send bailiffs to collect.

Really helpful and friendly dealer. I bought a Mercedes back in January and up to now i have had no issues with it at all. It was nice and clean and in good shape and a really good price. I would recommend Motor Vision.

Good overall. I bought an Audi A5 in June. The car was really clean and in really good condition. The dealers were quite helpful up until I asked them abut the steering wheel being a bit wobbly but they just disregarded it which was pretty annoying. Other than that though they have been okay.
