Found nicky to be extremely helpful. Very responsive to any questions. Very friendly. Husband had dealt with him before and found him to be very fair.

Clueless. Promised everything, delivered nothing. Pathetic excuse for a car dealer, just look at the website for proof. Don't buy a car from Nicky Duncan Cars. Very poor customer service

Purchased a vehicle which was allegedly given an extensive multi-point test to rule out mechanical issues. It came with an MOT, rather suspicious in hindsight. Within the week the ECU and exhaust failed. The car was a never ending stream of problems including amateur respray, rusting obscured with grease and so on, incorrect spare tyre, and poorly repaired leaks. Nicky was not interested and did not honour the warranty or offer compensation. Don't fund dealers like this.

Nicky was extremely helpful with buying my first car. Gave it a fresh MOT and delivered it the next day. Looked after me very well. Very trustworthy dealer. Highly recommend !!

Nicky was easy to deal with - he waited back an evening as I could only get there late. Agreed on the car and he actually delivered the car to me 4 days later after its MOT. Cant guarantee this for everyone but shows what he's willing to do for his customers.

Nicky Duncan Cars may be fine for cheap cars but certainly not expensive...bought a near 20k car that was more an occasional car than daily driver 12 months mot - 2k miles between mots and it failed - Called to complain about the reason it failed and I was sworn at and accused of lying, expensive to Fix now...wish I hadn’t bought it now....never again and do not recommend in any way.

Bought a car from Nicky Duncan Cars and the service light came on within 24 hours!! only thing he said he would do is have the alert cancelled!! I would have preferred a service - thanks!! I can cancel the alert myself. He avoided calls, I text and he said he was off - HUH?? is this my concern?? Then he used various excuses and I gave up on him. I thought he was a nice enough guy - but I know better now!!

Found Nicky Duncan Cars by chance, didnt know about them never met them. Both Nicky and Kyles customer service was 2nd to none. Struggled to get through to see the 4x4 I wanted, so they brought it to me, no pressure to buy. Abs perfect !!! Thank you. Kath.
