Travelled over an hour to view an immaculate Tesla model 3 … on arrival the car was scratched and even had lacquer peel on the bonnet. They agreed to re spray the bonnet to I travelled back a week later. Looked a little better but still covered in scratches. Went into the bodyshop for a good hour, I took the car when it came out, a couple days later when cleaning it I found the charging port not closing properly and also 2 cracks in the rear light. I was advised by the salesperson to go to Tesla directly. Haven’t received the reimbursement for fuel travelling back and forth. Took a couple weeks to get the dashcam back I left in my PX and also no further mention of some parts I wanted back from my PX after supplying original parts. I’d avoid this dealership In derby.

Having spotted the SUV on Auto Trader and making an enquiry I was almost immediately contacted by Beth Lawrence. To reserve the car she advised I put a deposit against it which I did. After further conversation regarding part exchanging our Golf we agreed to meet at the Parkway Derby show room on Tuesday the 9th to complete the paperwork. Finding the show room was tenuous. We became late for our appointment but fortunately Beth had the foresight to telephone us and gave us directions to the show room. On arrival at the show room Beth patiently went through the requirements to complete the purchase, set up the temporary insurance and the car navigation such that we could find our way home. Would I buy another car from Parkway Derby. Yes if Beth was there to help.

Over promise and under deliver, Messaged the MD in charge of Parkway dealerships and no response, speaks volumes! the car wasn’t ready as promised but they brought it out to our home which was appreciated, however the two phone cables that we were promised when we agreed to purchase the car were not provided, we were assured these would be posted but now apparently not in stock?!No contact from the Leic dealership, we have to chase to be told still not in stock.Messaged the MD in charge of Parkway dealerships and no response, speaks volumes!I have emailed the dealership as requested with my contact details, no reply!

The service level to start with was absolutely fantastic however right at the end they tried to con me out of £200 by saying they needed to deduct VAT from the money they was giving me for the car. They sorted it in the end after a difficult conversation and it was a fault with their 'accounting department'. Be aware of any potential reductions near the end with this company and stand your ground if they 'try it on'. I won't be using again due to this experience.

Brought a car from Parkway in Derby back in 2015 and the car broke down within 48 hours. When I spoke with the dealership they were not that helpful and said that it is not their fault. We got the car fixed and it broke down for a 2nd time a few days later. This place sold me a dodgy car and gives you hassle when the product falls short. It is not worth the hassle.
