Bought a 520d M Sports from Premier Cars, Max sent 55miles to London in very short notice without second thoughts, you don't get this level of service elsewhere!!
DO NOT TRUST PREMIER CARS. SOLD ME A CAR WHICH HAD BEEN TAMPERED WITH TO TURN OFF DASH LIGHTS. VERY RUDE AND WAS EVASIVE WHEN PHONED. AM NOW PAYING FOR REPAIRS MYSELF. ONLY COMMENT OWNER HAD TO SAY WAS SEE YOU IN COURT. TERRIBLE.

First and foremost customer service is very important to us. You were given every opportunity to bring the car back for us to take a look at but you refused, claiming it was too far from you, despite having travelled over 60 miles to buy the car. In addition to this, you gave us a car in part exchange with a number of undisclosed faults and you were very rude and aggressive to our salesman which we will not tolerate. All you have to do is look at our other reviews to see that we are a good company to deal with and you are a hard customer to please.

Sold me a car which my trusted garage told me had been tampered with to switch off dash lights. When phoned about DPF issue was told all they needed to do was reset diagnostics. Re setting diagnostics will not fix this fault. Very rude and unprofessional. Am now paying for repairs myself and seeking guidance.
Car was exactly as described and service was very professional and swift. Car was dropped off to our home as the car showroom was 4 hours away from us. Genuine guy, honest professional service. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

We had really good experience with Premier Cars Ashford,Max and Dan were very helpful and easy to deal with,I must say i was really impressed with quality of the cars they have for sale,Max was very knowledgeable answered all the questions we had about the car,we purchased a two year old Mercedes A class for my daughter to drive to university,she has had the car some three weeks now and is absolutely delighted with it,overall 10 of 10 for customer service and value,we have already recommended to friends and relatives.
We are on our second Mercedes from Premier Cars,bought a lovely low mileage c class for my wife in july 2016,really impressed with customer service,i have been treated to a top of the range Mercedes E350 as a retirement present from my better half,I have owned the car for just over a month,it has been faultless in every way,we highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a car from this company,nice people to deal with,easy stress free transaction on both purchases,thankyou,kind regards,Alex.
