Unfortunately we feel the need to respond to this Review and state the exact facts. The Reviewer is actually the son of the lady who purchased a vehicle from us who clearly influenced his opinion on, and tried with every effort to take advantage of The Consumers Rights by fabricating faults in order to return the vehicle within the given period of 30 days. The day after purchasing the vehicle we were notified of a damaged windscreen and a punctured tyre!!! Despite the fact that no notification of any damage to the windscreen having been confirmed by the MOT station the day before the handover, we accepted to have the windscreen replaced at a significant cost to us. As we had every reason to believe that the vehicle was likely to be returned to us we delayed the notification of the Change Of Keepers to DVLA. Then finally when we had no option but to accept this situation as a bad experience and accepted to make a full refund, in addition £30 re the road tax licence was refunded too. We have not gained any financial advantage nor fabricated any incorrect statement. The Reviewer has certainly used the most unacceptable words without any proof (By describing us as a Thief and a Con Man) what has left us with no option but to refer this matter to be dealt with, by a legal court proceeding on grounds of DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER. We operate our business with most HONESTY and respect every individual equally as confirmed by many of our genuine customers Reviews. As a small family run business we rely 100% on our excellent reputation.

Thanks for your reply, but i thought the business had nothing to do with you?? According to your husband. ( again his own words ). When writing my first review you hadn't refunded the tax and wasn't replying with the information I need to get my refund. After many days you finally sort the tax out. And the car was faulty and I have evidence to prove this and the finance company agreed thats why our rights to reject the car was upheld. We gave you a chance to fix the issues found with the car, and after you had the car for a week it came back with the same fault. Which I have evidence from more than one independent diagnostic companies which you refused to believe. If there was nothing wrong with the car why has our right to reject been accepted?? And has for court then that's fine i have all the evidence I need to show that you was trying every trick in the book not to refund our money. The review is a honest review relating to our experience with you as a company. FACT.
