It has been around 13 years since we bought a car, so I felt a little rusty. I think I am a naturally suspicious person and I hate the stereotypical sales patter you get from car dealers in general, so I wasn’t particularly looking forward to going through the process. I saw the Maserati at Prestige cars Kent and dealt with AK. I cannot rate him highly enough, he was patient, friendly and professional. What I really liked about him is that he was very respectful towards me and made me feel at ease. There was no pressure and he walked me through each step of the process. I was offered a good price on my part exchange. I got more than quoted by webuyanycar.com which was great! I'm thrilled with my new car and have even joined a Maserati owners forum online to gain some information and advice. I know if I have any issues, AK would be happy to help. The process was fantastic! From the moment I submitted the enquiry, to collecting the car I spoke to Adam. It was really nice only having to speak to one person as he knew exactly where we were up to and there was no repeating myself constantly. He was very friendly and professional and helped me throughout the process. I managed to test drive the car too which I wasn't expecting to be able to due to COVID, but they ensured all safety measures were in place to allow a solo test drive. I would highly recommend this dealership for their friendly, no hassle approach to car sales. I purchased a Ford Mustang in the end and it has been great so far. I've not been able to get out and about as much as I would like but with the restrictions lifting soon I'm hoping to be out in no time!

I previously purchased a Range Rover from Prestige Cars Kent and I was that happy I've recently been back for a new Mercedes. The service at the dealership is second to none! I had the pleasure of dealing with Charlie this time and he certainly met my expectations, exceeded in fact! The car is marvellous, I've already had it valeted twice since I've had it and I will be keeping it in the pristine condition it came in!

I was very pleased with the service provided by Prestige Cars Kent. They were very friendly and helpful. They had the car delivered to me and turned up on time as agreed, it was super clean and tidy. There was an issue with a wheel bearing not long after I bought the car but the dealer arranged to have it repaired at my local garage at no cost to me. I was very grateful for how quickly and professionally they worked with the issue. I've had no issues since and I am really enjoying getting out and about in the car.

Absolutely love my new Audi A3! Its a great little car - It looks great and drives great! The whole process was easy and hassle free thanks to Philip. We drove over from Bristol in the morning and were back home with the car by 1pm. I cannot fault anything and would highly recommend this dealership.

We found the X5 on autotrader and called Prestige cars Kent to enquire about it, we left a £99 deposit to take it off sale and went down to see it. The whole experience was out of this world. Steve was fabulous, he was very fast and efficient but never once rushed us. He even cancelled the tax on the car we part exchanged so we did not have to worry about that, he took care of all documents, paperwork - it was completely hassle-free.. We are thrilled with the car! There is a smile on my face every time I get in it and I'm looking for excuses to get out and drive it! I would 100% visit Prestige cars Kent again and will recommend to anyone who asks.

Very pleased with my Ford Mustang. Ive not been able to drive it as much as I would have liked but no complaints so far! I dealt with Rob throughout the purchase and he was very good.
