Feel utterly taken advantage of. Bought a car over a year ago with all the warranties which surprisingly in reality cover nothing. £6k wasted. Had to get the car serviced only 2 months after they did a full service (under one of the warranties) which highlighted things that should have been done and weren’t. Took over 11 months to book the car in to rectify an incredibly shoddy job THEY did only to tell us it’s been too long, Then the over zealous sales guy kept calling almost daily to try and sell us another car for the first 3 months of having it. The one thing that was covered was a refund on any diagnostic work carried out by an external company that they still haven’t refunded 9 months later. Could not in all faith recommend as reliable or honest. Has been a very expensive and emotionally frustrating mistake. Shame you can’t give 0 stars.

I have just purchased a car from Prestige cars and am very satisfied. From beginning to end the communication was great and I was treated very well at the showroom. I've used Prestige cars kent now for 2 1/2 years, for both purchasing, servicing and MOT's. Once again I contacted PCK and Yve provided the (now expected) perfect customer service. Friendly, efficient and convenient service. I couldn't ask for more. For me the hours I work don't allow me to wait about for hours for someone to arrive to collect my car or sit around waiting for a courtesy car. Every time I've needed either a collection and delivery or courtesy car the times I've been quoted have been met, and that for me just makes life so much easier so I can't thank the team enough.
