Overall I can't complain about my car buying experience. Frazer told me everything I needed to know about the car before driving away and I felt he was very honest in what he was telling me. My BWM has been ideal for what I was looking to get out of a car.

I'm not the best with names but I think Lewis handled the sale and if it wasn't then apologies to the lad who did but he was honestly great. My Land Rover Range Rover has been super! I'm really happy with it. I've driven it every day, taken it around Kent and on a couple of other trips, and it handled everything perfectly. Frazer was a great guy he made sure everything went smoothly. To be honest everyone I dealt with was lovely and I couldn't ask for better service. I'd 100% give 5*! Thank you to everyone. In a couple of years, I'll definitely look to come back and swap it for a newer model.

I had been looking for a specific BMW I3 for a while, so when I walked in the showroom I had a fairly good idea of what I was looking to get out of the car. The team were very welcoming, and after agreeing to take the car, I thought arranging to collect the car was simple. I did think finding the dealership was a little tricky, but that's because I struggle with directions.
