Sold a car that I was told is a 100% checked and no issues!! When the car was delivered I was to excited to even bother checking everything as you take the dealers word. After a couple of weeks checked it more closely and noticed the car was covered in scratches on the left side so had to pay to fix this, even though I also paid to get the paint protected that was taken of to fix the scratches. I bought it in the winter so never needed the AC but now that the sun is out tried to use the AC and it doesn’t work. I spoke to someone from prestige Kent cars and they said they will get back to me, still waiting 2 months on. Now the display is also playing up and it only works sometimes

Rang up regarding a Porsche, I was Too busy to go down south 250 miles and view the vehicle, so took the word of Phil to describe the vehicle to me. Collected the car 4 days later, all paperwork & finace carried out very quickly over email & phone in 4 days. To spend £57,000 without viewing the vehicle & going solely on the salesmans advice was a risk, but collected the Porsche 4 days later, A pleasure to see the Porsche for the 1st time - Described to a T, looked amazing. & to drive the Motor - well what can i say. Breath- taking Phil was very helpful from start to finish, and the 250 mile drive back home in the Porsche was amazing, Absolutely outstanding Service throughout, regular Communiction throughout the 4 days, sorting out the paperwork. would definately recommend Prestige Cars to anyone, will be back for my next car. I would highly recommend prestige cars, they were a massive help with finding a car for my wife. They were happy to part exchange my old car as well and gave me a great deal on it... Overall very happy!

Wouldn’t take a vehicle from this place if they were giving it to me for nothing. Enquired about a vehicle only to be told it was sold but they have access to a wide range of vehicles and they could source what we wanted. A week later we received a phone call saying they had vehicles to suit our requirements, then a follow up email supposedly showing all the details, what the email showed was a single screenshot of each vehicle, a cut and paste very brief description of the vehicles and no prices. Neither vehicle met the list of requirements we had givens we didn’t reply to it. Fast forward a number of days and we received an extremely rude phone call from the sales guy saying we didn’t reply to numerous emails and phone calls and we were wasting his time. at least we know one place we won’t be spending £40-£50k.
