Having purchased my new car from Prestige Cars Kent last month, I can happily say that I would definitely recommend their services. The salesman I was accompanied by made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process, and I couldn't have been more please with the service I received. 5 stars all round.

BUYER BEWARE. Strongly recommend avoiding Prestige Cars Kent having witnessed and experienced highly unethical practices. Definitely not to be trusted, particularly in the purchase of a high-end vehicle. Look out for last minute price changes, dubious warranty promises and additional fees.

Do not use Prestige Cars Kent. The cars are great but the warranty, aftersales, anything/everything else, not worth the paper they are printed on. They are only interested in taking your money and running for the hills.

Several calls to confirm that the car would be definitely ready to buy/drive away after a set time. So we duly arrived and then the bullshit started- a phone call to say it wouldn’t be ready- the old buckled wheel story, so we called in and were promised it would be ready in a couple of days and somehow we agreed 1000 deposit to hold it until ready. The next day we were told it had been withdrawn from sale as the owner had decided not to sell it. It does look like they have good cars here but I am not prepared to waste my time being led up a long long garden path to buy one.

Do not bother with Prestige Car Kent. Polite at first BUT sell cars not fitting the perfect description ... sell warranties that are worthless .. Ignore. Lie and once they have your money !! You’ve had it .

Prestige Cars Kent told me my finance was accepted and that I needed to pay a deposit. As soon as I sent money all contact stopped. Once I finally got hold of someone they told me that the finance company had ‘changed their minds’. I asked for my deposit back and am still waiting a month later. This is a scheme to make more money. Avoid

Spoke to Prestige Cars Kent regarding a purchase of an Audi A7. Paid the £1000 deposit and they clearly stated that this is fully refundable to me if I do not proceed with the Car 2 Days later I stated I know longer want the car and want my deposit back after numerous emails from me I do not want the car. His so called manager would not even speak with me refused the refund due for 'preparing the car costs'! He claimed I threatened him as he outright called me and my wife a liar pretending he did not say refund. I have know reported them to the bank and will put up reviews everywhere to call out these. STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGE CARS KENT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
