I bought a BMW 2 series because the insurance was extremely high on a BMW 4 series, which I originally wanted. It does the job that I need it to do, so I have no complaints really. Paul, the sales guy, was very polite, informative and never came across as pushy. Another dealer I went to was like a cold-calling company, ringing me about four times a day, which was so off-putting, so it was a big relief to me that Paul and Prestige Cars Kent did not operate this way.

After speaking to some other dealerships who were not very nice on the phone to me, it was a refreshing change to speak to AK at Prestige Cars Kent, who was extremely pleasant to me. This encouraged me to go and have a look at the car in person, and again, AK gave me a warm welcome when I arrived at Prestige Cars Kent. He gave me a good tour of the car and explained some of the main features of the car and its history to me. The car looked stunning, and I was pretty much sold from the moment I set my eyes on it. A few years ago, I purchased a Mercedes E Class from Prestige Cars and I was very impressed with the quality of the service and the vehicle itself. The experience was so positive that when the time came to exchange my car, I knew exactly where to go. Now, I am the proud owner of a Mercedes C Class, and i'm over the moon with it. The service from Richard and Daisy in one word was ace. I would 110% recommend this company to everyone and I will see you again in a few years time when I decide to upgrade my car.
