The atmosphere at Prestige Cars Kent was welcoming, and the staff, particularly Richard and Phoebe, were a massive credit to your company. They really did go the extra mile to make it a pleasant purchase for me. The handover of my Cupra was unreal, and the car looked like it had just come straight from the manufacturer. This company really set the standard high and fully deserves the five-star rating I have given them.

Richard obviously knows his stuff and is super experienced in the motor industry. I love my BMW. Paul and Phoebe were both fantastic. Overall, the service while buying my car, the handover, and the aftercare made me rate this dealer 10/10. Paul and Phoebe were a delight to deal with during the sales process. Their expertise in the motor industry made me feel comfortable spending my hard-earned money with them. The handover was seamless, and they had all the documentation ready for me, so all I had to do was put my signature on the paperwork. When I realised that the tow bar had not been removed from the car, I brought it back to them, and despite the oversight, the dealership handled it quickly and efficiently. Credit to them for rectifying this minor hiccup so promptly. A great review should not only highlight the positives but also acknowledge any challenges a customer comes across in a constructive manner.

We are delighted with our Kia Sportage that we bought from Prestige Cars Kent. The car is lovely, and we both enjoy the time we get to spend driving it. James and Jess were both awesome, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Any questions I had or concerns were dealt with promptly, and this gave us great confidence buying our car from this company.
