Very good, love my car and the customer service was exceptional!

I actually rang Richard this morning to let him know how happy I am, but I am feeling extra kind today so I thought best to pop a review on for him too! All is going well with the Lexus, so far so good, no issues at all! Richard has been extremely helpful and was a very nice salesman too. After having runnings with previous dealers, I must say these are an excellent garage, not too pushy at all, they just have a true passion for what they do! I tend to keep my cars for quite a while and get good use out of them, however, if I was on the market for another in the future I would be happy to visit these again👍.

Well we had some questions and James answered them quickly, he was brilliant! Me and my husband visited the dealership together and were highly impressed with the reception we recieved. Everyone was so pleasant and easy going it was really enjoyable buying from Prestige Cars Kent. As for the GLC we are delighted with it, we don't get out in it an awful lot, but for the times we have we are highly impressed!

The service I recieved from Paul was excellent, I couldn't fault him at all. The vibe in the showroom was lovely, everyone was so genuine and such a nice team to deal with. The Evoque is a wonderful car, it drives beautifully! The only thing that could've been improved was the cleanliness of the car, apart from that I am over the moon wit hthe car and the service, Paul Marriner was superb!

I'd just like to say I had a great overall experience with Prestige Cars Kent, from the car to the customer service provided it was first class! Amandeep did a great job in organising the sale and wasn't pushy in the slightest. I have nothing to moan about it was a very successful purchase!

Everything has been absolutely perfect, I have no issues with either the sale or the customer service that I received. Richard was the gent that accompanied me and he was an exemplary salesman. He was highly knowledgeable, very efficient and a great help too. It was my first time using PCK and I would be happy to return here, they have left a very good first impression!

I saw this one on Autotrader and instantly knew it was the one for me. It had the exact spec I was after and was competitively priced too. Adam was the sales agent who assisted me and he was brilliant, such a nice guy and helped everything run swimmingly. The car has been spot on, I have had no issues at all and would be happy to pass on my recommendations of Prestige Cars Kent.

James was very good to deal with, from the first encounter he was so helpful and always available when I needed him. He processed everything quickly and there was no unnecessary delays either. The car itself has been really good, I absolutely love it. The only thing that would've increased my 4 to a 5 is if I got the second key given to me.

I paid for the car in cash so it was a very quick, easy process. Oshane helped me with the sale and he was great, such a nice guy. I can't fault any of the process really, the car was great and the service was top notch.
