Overall happy with the car and the process. Everything was quite easy and quick!

Really good car purchasing experience with Richard, I did the majority of the purchase virtually with him. When I came down to the dealership for the handover I was a little bit disappointed I didn't get to meet him in person but the lady who looked after me at this point was wonderful! (I wish I could remember her name) The M3 has completely exceed my expectations it is what I wanted and more!!

Nice smooth car buying process at Prestige Cars Kent and I would say I definately got five star service. It was perhaps a little bit slow at times but I would put that down to how busy they were and everyone was extremely pleasant and working hard.

I am mostly getting out in my Discovery on the weekends and when I am out in it, its absolutely lovely to drive! Mosiah was fantastic to deal with and I can't say I encountered a single issue.

Let me start by saying I am really happy with my Q7, its a lovely car. I have however found an issue with the car, I got in touch straight away and so far they have taken really good care of me, they have got the car booked in and are more than happy to get this looked into for me. The customer service has been great throughout!

Excellent all round service. The staff made it as simple and straightforward as possible for me. So I would definately use them again and highly recommend.

So far so good. There was a stain that came back on the dashboard and has all be rectified via a car detailer booked through Prestige with no hesitation. Very happy with the service provided. On hand over everything was explained to me clearly re. servicing, warranty and payment dates. Overall I'd say 5 especially because of the problem that was shared and rectified. I would recommend!
